BriAnne Schults is a dedicated clinical social worker whose passion for mental health care began early in life, leading her to pursue a career focused on helping others navigate life's challenges.


Drawing from a diverse therapeutic toolkit, BriAnne employs strengths-based approaches complemented by trauma-informed care and mindfulness techniques. She integrates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique needs.


With extensive experience in trauma treatment, BriAnne works effectively with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, and complex relational issues. She creates a safe, empowering therapeutic environment where clients can explore their challenges and develop effective coping strategies.


At the core of her practice is a commitment to education and collaboration, balancing practical skills-based interventions with compassionate emotional support. BriAnne maintains her own mental wellness through daily mindfulness practices and believes in the importance of consistent self-care—bringing both professional expertise and authentic understanding to her therapeutic relationships.
